My mother violet aka mommy raised all her children the best she new how as a single parent.she provided for us the best she could even in our adult lives.she put everyones needs before her own she has always sacrificed her wants an needs for us an others.she taught me so much about forgiveness, god giving helping others and teachin others about jesus christ an enjoying life while doing so.she said thats all god want us to do an thats just wat she did exept enjoy her life cause she got hurt earlier in her life an it messed her back up.so she lost out on alot her joy was bringin joy to others.i am thriving to be like my mother b all she taught me i can b an enjoy my life while doing so.she figured this thing out along time ago.well i get it mom and im on it.shes in heaven with her other loved ones watchin over her kids as shes always done.gone but never forgotton and always in my heart.love your daughter teneshia sullivan r.i.p mom

Ma, she taught me how to write my name, she taught me every card game that she liked so I could play with her. I lost a lot of games because I couldn't beat her, she was good! My mama never stopped loving me, even when I didn't love myself she always gave me hope, she gave me Jesus because she knew I would need him when she was gone. I'm talking to her everyday because everyday I have something to tell her. She loved to hear stories about the kids, lol. She always had my back I'll miss that most of all.

My mother was and will always be my mentor, best friend and the glue that kept our family together. She loved to serve and help others. Always saying family is all you got. She made sacrifices for her children and others without hesitation. Knowone may have understood this, but she would say this is what GOD would have her to do. Everyone loved to come to my mothers house, she welcomed everyone. GOD blessed her with the gift of hospitality, she loved having a house full of people, laughing, cooking, playing spade, and just fellowshipping. I will miss you mama, You ran the best race you could and fought the good fight. Now rest knowing you introduced us to God the father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit from a young age. Go head and get your shout on....walk around heaven and be a peace finally. I love you, your daughter Angela Renee Ferguson.

My mother saw the best in everyone, she made everyone feel like they were her favorite! Never gave up on people, and kept Jesus in her heart. Strongest woman I know.

I remember her staying on central and she always had the kids over and every day no matter what like clock work she sent us to Joes and we got our unusuals. There was never a time were I couldn't go to my aunt and just talk to her or just lay in the bed

My mother enjoyed cooking and feeding those that were less fortunate. She was a good cook and her faith kept her through all hardships and triumphs.

My mom violet taught me lots of life lessons.in the time my family was blessed to look after her i learned when she said something outta anger to one of us it was because she loved us and it was important to her that we understood what she was trying to teach us about the situation so that we could be better or deal with it in another way.she never told us nothin wrong she was preparing us for when she was gone cause she was always our rock
