EDWARD 'ED' CURRY ROCKFORD - Edward "Ed" Curry departed this life on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Ed was born to Phil and Erma Curry on May 16, 1927, in Arkansas. He married IWilla Reacie Willimas in 1948, in Arkansas. Ed was employed most of his life, he had lots of friends and he enjoyed fishing. Ed leaves to cherish his memories, sons, Willie Ed Curry, Demetrius (Tillie), Sterling, Vaughn, and Carl (Qaunda) Curry, all of Rockford; daughters, Linda (James) Horton, Pam (Douglas) McCary, Tiseka Curry, all of Rockford, and Danielle (Brian) Hopson of Columbus Ohio; one sister, Anne Mae Smith of Rockford; one brother, Boopeet Curry of Arkansas; numerous grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by both parents, wife, one daughter, one son, two sisters and three brothers.
