Theodore (Ted) Allan Greer was born on July 8, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Mrs. Ozzie and Mr. Thedow Greer. He attended school in Cleveland and was employed by the City of Cleveland for many years.

Ted was a man of deep faith who believed in and loved our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was known for his devotion to the Bible, often reading and quoting scripture.

He leaves to cherish his memory his three sisters, his twin Thelma Greer, Angela Greer, and Anita Smith; one brother, Robert Smith; and five children—daughters NeTasha, NeTerry, and NeTisha; and sons TJ and Marcel. He is also survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and special cousins in Cleveland.

Ted was preceded in death by his son, LaTed, both parents, his sister Beverly Greer, his brother James Smith, and his paternal and maternal grandparents, Eddie and Sam Earl Washington.
