Shirley Osbey Obituary

Shirley Osbey was born in Chicago, IL on September 27, 1965 to the parents of Mae Osbey and Marshall Osbey. Shirley was educated by the Chicago Public School System. She worked as a Program Operations Clerk for the government for over 30 years (GSAPBS).
Shirley was called home on August 13, 2019. She leaves to cherish her memory Son, Keith Jackson; Nephews, Marshall (Miasia) Osbey, Bruce Osbey Jr; nieces, Tamika Osbey and Montine Osbey; fiancé' Kenneth Dampeer; several great nieces and nephews as well as extended nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. She will be missed.
Shirley was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Osbey; her mother, Mae Osbey; father, Marshall Osbey; five brothers James, Jeffrey, George, Bruce and Marshall; and one uncle, Leo Osbey.
