Sheila Holliman

Sheila Ann Holliman of Rockford Illinois, departed this earthly life September 3rd, 2022 in Detroit Michigan. She was born November 22nd, 1957 in Rockford Illinois, the daughter of Curleese Walker and Rufus Holliman. She resided with her sister Cassandra Holliman for the last 15 years. Sheila graduated from Roosevelt High School, Sheila was a formal employee at Excelsior for 8 years. She was a member of Greater Great New Fellowship C.O.G.I.C she was a faithful member at her church. She barbecue for her church anytime she was needed. She was a great help to her church home.

Sheila leaves to cherish many loving memories step-parents Otis (Mary) Walker and Mary Elliott; 1 son Andrew Holliman; 2 grandsons Marquan Holliman, Odis Harris Sr
1 great-grandson Odis Harris Jr; 4 sisters Rosie(Michael) Moore, Cassandra Holliman, Lashon(Donell)Walker, Turnia Holliman; 1 brother Superintendent Curtis Walker; A host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends; 1 great nephew she raised Corinthians Boles AKA Bible; 1 Godson Laquentin Simpson; 1 Goddaughter Katina Winfield; 5 special friends Colleen Young, Richard Matlock, Jimmy C, Josephine White, and John(From Mr.C’s As she would say, the burger as big as your head); a host of many more Sheila was loved by many, for just being who she was.

Sheila is predeceased by her parents, 1 daughter Darnessa Curleese; 1 grandson Lamarcus Holliman; 1 brother Richard Holliman; 4 sisters Dinah Holliman, Bonnie Holliman, Rogena Holliman Carey, Lizzie Walker; Grandparents.
