Sharlsa “Fran” (Hayes) Hines
Fran quietly slipped from this earthly life on December 28, 2020 after a short illness, surrounded by her family.
Born October 3, 1961 to the late Elmo and Patricia Hayes, in Jackson, TN. The family later moved to Rockford, IL, where she resided until her passing. Fran graduated from Rockford East High School, and entered the nursing profession as a LPN. She stayed diligent to her passion for more than 30 years.
Fran was a devout Christian, a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Rockford, IL. 
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mrs. Florine Cunningham of Jackson, TN.
Fran leaves to cherish her memories, one brother Eric Hayes of Rockford, IL; three daughters; Latequa (Frankie) Townsend, Kendra (Jonathan) Forrest of Rockford, Il, and Dr. Shanea Hines of Jackson, TN; four grandchildren; BreYonna Williams, Amaryha Williams, ShaKaria Hines, and her only grandson Kayden Box-Hines; two aunts Mrs. Glenda McBride of Rockford, IL, and Mrs. Sheila Perry of Jackson, TN; and one nephew Eric J. Hayes of Rockford, IL. 
She also leaves to cherish several cousins, and two special friends; Jennifer Mengedoht and Daphne Simon, all of whom she loved dearly.
