Samuel Fowler was born on April 06, 1938 to the parents of Luke and Mary Fowler in the stat of Mississippi. Samuel Fowler departed his life on November 23, 2019.

He leaves to cherish his memories one brother, Wilbert Fowler of Mounds, IL.; sisters, Earnestine Meeks , Margaret Johnson both of Cairo, Il.; and Katie Banks of Carbondale, Il.; He also leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The happiest moments of his life were when he was doing for others; keeping hope and holding on to his faith. He will be missed by all that came to know him.
