Richard Van Keuren

Born September 26, 1924, died September 23, 2021. 

Richard (Dick) lived his life in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Worked for 34 years at American Excelsior Company and 30 years for University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, food services. At age 91 Dick moved from Mainview Highrise to Riverbluff Nursing Home in Rockford, Illinois, to be near his niece, Barbara Oehlke, and family. Preceded in death by parents Olive and Frank Van Keuren (Oshkosh) and his sister Ruth Van Keuren Willard Kelsey (Delavan, Wisconsin). He is survived by four nieces, two nephews, and their families. Also his special card playing friend, Cindy.

Dick loved Lake Winneconne, attending church and volunteering for the Salvation Army, playing cards, and enjoying a good slice of pie with a hot cup of coffee.

Arrangements by Collins and Stone Funeral Home, Rockford, Illinois. A private family memorial service will be held.
