PIERRE MARQUETTE MCNEELY

Today, we celebrate the memorial service of a dear son, brother, uncle, cousin, and loving friend.  Let us rejoice and give praises to our Father God Allah, meaning "The God" for allowing Pierre to share 50 years of life. 

Pierre Marquette McNeely was born on November 4, 1972, in Rockford, Illinois.

Pierre ascended unexpectedly in July 2023 at the age of 50. The second oldest son was raised by Father Reverend Norman and predeceased Mother Anna Marie (McNeely) Pickett.  Pierre  is predeceased with a "Moment in Silence" by grandparents John and Juanita "Missy".
Uncle Leon, Aunt's Marie and Linda, Sisters Taberina, Lophina McNeely.  

Pierre was a fast runner competing in Illinois High School Association (IHSA) with the "West Warrior Boys Track and Field Team" at West High School. Pierre graduated from Auburn High School Class of 1991. 

Pierre was a spiritual man, loved to dance to some, and a best friend to all. Pierre was a smart and cool person to be around. Pierre was caring, kind, and a good-hearted person who truly loved helping others. Pierre's favorite pursuits were math, art, collector cars, chess, robotics, and drawing new patents. Being with family and friends was a delight and passion.  Listening to music brought Pierre so much joy and satisfaction. 

Pierre left to hold dear three brothers Andre McNeely, Norman (Latina ) Pickett, Hassan (Carla) Muhammad, Matthew (Stephanie) Pickett and Cousins Lamont Hudson, Terry, Brown, Carla Brown, and Thomascine Brown.  May Pierre McNeely Rest In Peace.
