Monterrio DeShay C. Coleman affectionately known as, “Dinky “was born on January 10, 1981, in Rockford, IL, the son of the late Zerebelle L. Craig and William J. Coleman. He attended East High School and later began working in the healthcare field. Monterrio was an avid sports fan. He loved basketball and football. His favorite teams were the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Bulls.
Leaving to cherish many loving and fond memories are his daughter; Journey Coleman, Bonus Children; Tavione Wilson, Jerimiah Holmes, Two Sisters; Alicia Black, Emprishea Craig, Four Brothers; Antonio Craig, Micheal Craig, Mario Craig, and Cleveland (Shanequa) Coleman, 26 Nieces, and Nephews, 26 Great Nieces and Nephews, Special friends and family; Sister; Nikki Glover, Rashanda Holmes, and his buddies James Fletcher & Jeffery Thrist a host of relatives and friends. Dinky will be forever loved and missed.
In addition to his loving Parents Monterrio Deshay C. Coleman was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ida Marshall and James Black, Sr. Two Sisters; Latoya Black, Verla Newton, Uncle; James Black, Jr., Sister-in-Law; Malissa Bond.
