Kerry Blake

Kerry “Blue” Blake of Rockford Illinois, departed this earthly life Sunday , January 2, 2022.

He was born March 18, 1952 in Rockford, Illinois. The son of Donnie L. Blake and Mattie L. Blake
Kerry attended Rockford Public Schools  and graduated from West High School class of 1971
Kerry was last employed as a maintenance employee at Rockford Housing Authority. He was a former member of Allen Chapel A.M.E.  Church

Kerry leaves to cherish many loving memories,  sister Tramell D. Blake; brother Marty D. Blake;  daughter Tuiana Blake ; two grand daughters ; Tikeria Blake and Akesia Taylor-Blake ; two grandsons Sincere Shotwell , Lakyn Brown;  sister- in- law, Katie Blake.   Host of nieces, nephews,  cousins and special friends.

Predeceased by his parents, son Kerry D. Blake, daughter Nicole Blake, brother Larry Blake and  grandson Knowledge Blake.
Family would llike to thank the staff of Amberwood Care Center and Javon Bea Hospital Medical staff.
