Jordan Tyshon Palcuk was born on August 2, 2006 to Melanie Palcuk and Darnell Caldwell in Downers Grove, Illinois. Being the oldest of many children to come, Jordan was the oldest of both Melanie and Darnell’s children. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Blanche Lee Williams and Teretha Caldwell; great-grandparents, Pete Cordell Williams, Frank Brown Willie Reed Sr, Delores and Theodore Palcuk, great-uncles: Terry Paluk, Bob Colclasure, Gene Myers, Willie Reed Jr. and Nicholas Palcuk; Great-aunts, Linda Gerrity, Nancy Colclasure and Great Great Aunt Wanda Harris.
Jordan attended West Middle School where he graduated 8th grade class of 2020. Jordan attended East High School in Rockford, IL for his freshman year where he played basketball for E-Rabs under the Coaching of Coach Michael Ayers. Jordan attended Simba (Safe in My Brothers Arms) Leadership Camp in “2018” which mentored youth, started by Daveyon Bradley.
Jordan was an outgoing person who was passionate about keeping in touch with friends and family. Jordan loved being silly and dancing. He had a passion for making money. He would do things such as shovel snow to earn money. When Jordan wasnt enjoying family and making money, he was enjoying the company of his friends, Terrence, Dede, Azarius, Jazeon, and Thomas. Going to the movies, Rapping and listening to music was always a good time for them.
Jordan “JoJo” departed this life on May 13, 2021 at 5:04 pm in Rockford, IL. Jordan leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted parents Melanie Palcuk-White (Curtis White ) and Darnell Tyshon Caldwell (Leah Foster); (1) sister: Giselle White; (5) brothers: Karter Caldwell, Darnell Cody, Jonah Palcuk, Jaylen Palcuk, and G’vonni White; (8) uncles: Kurt Barauskas Jr., Anthony Rohlsen Jr., Cameo Caldwell, Theo Caldwell, Jr (Donisha), Marcus Caldwell, Zachary Wise (Brittany), Dionte Wise, and Xavier Caldwell, (6) aunties: Michelle Rothstein, Alexandria Barauskas, Michelle Rothstein (Tyler Rothstein), Dominque Fowler, Aaliyah Caldwell, and Alexis Caldwell, (3) grandfathers: Theodrick Caldwell (Jacqueline), Ronald Etheridge and Anthony Rohlsen, (2) grandmothers: Amelia Palcuk, and Camille Reed, (1) great-grandmother: Jene Caldwell of Jackson, MS., (1) very special great-auntie: Sheila Caldwell and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friend
