Janet Carol Neal (Roberts) was born on May 23, 1959 in Rockford, Illinois. She went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2020. She is survived by her husband, four sisters, one brother and numerous nieces and nephews. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
