Fritz D. Bailey

Fritz D Bailey Sr. 67 of Rockford, Illinois, departed this earthly life on May 19, 2024. Fritz was born
September 17, 1956, in Ben Harbor, Michigan. The son of George Bailey Sr. And Verdi Bailey.
Fritz loved his family and socializing with everyone he came in contact with, he also enjoyed going to
church. Fritz attended Washington Park Christian Church under the leadership Of Pastor Charles (Recee)
and Sheila Hill.
Leaving to cherish many loving and fond memories his Two sons, Antonio Turner and Fritz Daniel Bailey,
Jr. ; One Daughter, Necoah Tennin; Two Brothers, Frank and Terry Bailey; Five sisters, Joyce Ward, Mary,
Rita, Margaret and Rosie Bailey; Seven Grand Children, and five Great Grandchildren.
Special friends: Willa Benford Falls, Brenda McMillian, Blanding Booker, Tommie Simmons and Linda
Gulley.
He was predeceased by (Parents) George Sr. And Verdi Bailey (3 brothers) George Bailey Jr. , John and
Jerry Bailey, (4 sisters) Beatrice Taylor, Patricia Bailey – Smith, Johnnie May Bailey and Georgia May
Hodge; (Grandson) David Dashea Austin, (Great Grandson) Antonio Tate.
