Frances M. Scott

Frances Marie Scott passed away suddenly June 26, 2024. She was born on March 25,1961 in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Anna Jean Scott and the late Lester Scott. Frances attended Rockford East High.

Frances was a beacon of love and selflessness in the lives of her loved ones. Her dedication to caring for her mother showcased her compassionate heart, while her fierce love for her children and grandchildren knew no bounds. She always made sure to shower them with affection and support, ensuring they felt cherished and valued. Not only was Frances a loving family matriarch, but she was also a loyal and spirited friend to many. Her presence lit up any room, like a burst of colorful fireworks on a dark night. With a sharp with and a contagious energy, she kept her friends laughing and engaged, always ready to provide a listening ear or a helping hand. Frances's "ride or die" spirit was evident in all aspects of her life as she stood by her loved ones through thick and thin. Her infectious positivity and unwavering loyalty will surely be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Frances leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and boundless joy that will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who were touched by her light.

Frances was predeceased by her father Lester Scott and brother Darrell Scott.
