Elizabeth D. Bell, 54, of Rockford, Illinois, departed this life on December 12, 2024. She was born on August 11, 1970, to Margaret Cash-Bell and Dan Williams. Elizabeth dedicated her life to caregiving, always putting others before herself and leaving a lasting impact on those she served.

Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children: Ebony Burks, Sean Burks, Shatikwa Davis, and Terri Davis. She was the proud grandmother of James Davis, Seant’rellion Burks, Kamaria Burks, Deviona Burks, Kenn’iza and Kenn’asia Brown, Corn’asia Coker, Joshua Davis, and Tanya Sockwell. 

She is also survived by her loving mother, Margaret Cash-Bell; her sisters, Demteria Williams, Kim Williams, and Tetra Williams; her bonus sisters, Erika Terry, Sonya Hubbard, Shelia Evans, and Sharonda Hubbard; and her brothers, Terry Bell (Tina), Tracy Bell (Alicia), Corey Bell, Dean Bell (Alicia), and Mark Bell (Tasha).

Elizabeth’s memory will be carried on by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special loved ones, including her cherished cousin Jo Ann Cash and best friends Zenia Brown, Libra Martin, and Myron Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dan Williams; her sisters, Bobbie Bell and Jacqueline Brown; her brothers, Al Bell, Brian Bell, Darius Bell, Dewayne Bell, and Gregory Bell; and her grandparents, Jay Willie Cash and Lizzie L. Cash.
