Donna Agee

Donna Evetta Agee, affectionately known as “Juicy,” was born on October 22, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Joyce Ann Tisby and Ralph Agee. She transitioned into eternal life on May 25, 2025, joining her beloved parents in peace.

Donna accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in 1977 at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Mary Thatch and Reverend David Metcalf.

She attended Crane High School and began truly living her vibrant life in the early 1980s. In 1985, she met Johnny Anderson .Their union in 1986 was one of deep connection—a bond that, though now separated by different realms, remains unbroken.

In 1998, Donna met Louis Snow. Their friendship evolved over many years, and she lovingly called him “the love of my life.” Louis preceded her in death in 2024.

Donna lived life on her own terms—with love, boldness, and authenticity. Her favorite saying was, “It is what it is.” She was a natural giver, always ready to open her home and heart to anyone in need. She would have fed the world if she could. Donna cherished music, family gatherings, and volunteering at various churches.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Johnny “Poochie” Anderson,three daughters, I’eshi Agee, Gladys Wallace, and De’Monica Agee; three sons, Murcus, Johnny Jr., and Donald Anderson; one stepson; and three brothers, Anthony Tisby, Payton Tisby, and Ralph Agee. Twenty-two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and friends. She shared a special bond with close friends Roshell and Lotty.

She is preceded in death by both parents, and sister in laws, Tammy Anderson and Alana Tisby.
