Deborah Reneé Williams “Bubba” was born the third of five children. to James and Edith Williams, on November 4th, 1956, in Chicago IL
Deborah attended William Cullen Bryant and Rosewell Mason Elementary School, and Lucy Flower High School. She later continued her education at Westside Holistic where she was a
teachers-Aid , then a teacher. While continuing her education at Harold Washington college she endured some health challenges, placing an end to her continued education.
Deborah was an avid reader, traveling the world through her BOOKS. She indulged in her favorite love stories to adventures to Span, Italy, and Africa, to mysteries just to name a few. Known as the cook of the family, a trade she learn from her mom. She was always glad to get in the kitchen to cook. Deborah always had good conversation and a gift of gab. Deborah accepted Christ at an early age, under the leadership of the late Reverend Columbus Morris whom baptized her. She continued her spiritual studies at Living Christ M.B. Church under the leadership of Reverend Melvin Keller. After his tenure she continue her Christian experience under the leadership of her sister the late Pastor Sandra (“Alfie”) Kelly.
Deborah, loved being the Mistress of Ceremony at Church Services.
She was called home Wednesday January 10, 2024
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents James and Edith Williams, son Taiwan, a brother William (Billy) and Sister Sandra (Alfie).
She leaves to cherish her memories Daughter: Domonique Williams (Nakia) Sisters: Denise (Jimmy) Grace, and Lynette Williams all of Chicago Il brother in law: Michael Kelly of Green Bay WI. God Mother, Vera Brooks of Chicago, IL A host of nieces, and nephews, great-nieces and nephew’s. Extend k-Town (Kedvale) and Cortez Family.
