Claudette N. Green

Claudette Nicole Green, 35 of Rockford, Illinois passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2023. She was born on August 20,1988 to the late Carolyn Green and Travis Smith at Rockford Memorial Hospital.

Claudette attended Auburn High School. Claudette did volunteer work for Janet Wattles and Rosecrance and she loved doing hair. She also loved drawing and playing cards. Her laughter and jokes will be sorely missed. Claudette was a big fan of 50 Cent. She was very helpful and loved her family.

Claudette leaves to cherish her memories; Ronda Brown of Rockford, Quanna Shepherd of Detroit, Michigan, Tia (Robert) Cooper of Rockford, Victoria (Ronnie) West of Dallas, Texas, Diana Ellis of Rockford, Illinois; Special friends, Jerry Tisdale, favorite cousin/sister, Shameeka Hawkins; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Green; father, Travis Walker; Callie Mae Murphy, Floyd Murphy;  grandparents L.C. Smith, and Marjorie Smith.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM Friday, December 8, 2022 at Christ The Carpenter United Methodist Church 1100 South Winnebago St., Rockford, IL.
