Chasity Blake

Chasity Leanne Blake was born on January 27, 1989 in Fort Payne, Alabama.  She passed away on October 14, 2020 in Rockford, IL.

Chasity spent her short life loving and helping anyone she could wrap her arms or love around. Chasity believed hard and loved to praise her God. The happiest day of her life was the day she gave birth to her only son. She was a tender, sweet and loving mother.

Chasity was a house mother at Kim’s House of Hope in Guntersville, AL and a driver at The Lovelady in Birmingham, AL where she loved, mentored and encouraged the residents. She loved to write poems and wrote beautifully.

Chasity is survived by her son, Brayden Luke Austin, her mother Kasandra Eshleman, her father Barry J Blake Sr, two sisters Kassy Blake and Barbara "Nikki" Blake, two brothers Joshua Bowman and Barry Blake Jr, grandparents Lucinda Bowes, Sharon Williams, and Paul Eshleman and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. She will be cherished and missed by many.

Services will be held later at the discretion of the family.
