Cecilia Irene Riggs

Cecilia Irene Riggs, nee Carrillo, was born November 23, 1941, in Los Angeles, California.  She passed away on October 11, 2024. Cecilia is survived by three children, Kyleen Giagnoni, nee Riggs, (Ray Giagnoni), Julian Riggs, (Gary Robinson) and James T. Riggs, Grandchildren Jay Williams, Jake Giagnoni, Griffin Ofenlock, Evie Felty, Jennifer Snowball, nee Riggs, (Michael Snowball), Caleb Riggs, and James T. Riggs, III, who preceded her in death.  Great-Grandchildren are Skyler Williams, Aidan Williams, Mckalia Riggs, Alexis Quintanilla, Alyeska Snowball, Evie Snowball, Melina Snowball. Cecilia’s siblings are Tony Carrillo, who preceded her in death, Gloria Carrillo, Lawrence Carrillo, Tina Carrillo, Esther Olmos, nee Carrillo, Helen Munoz, nee Carrillo, and Lucy Walker, nee Carrillo.  

Cecilia was the best grandma ever; she loved to play games, watch cartoons and animated movies with her grand and great grandchildren. Cecila also loved to travel and was always ready for the next adventure. We will miss her greatly as she starts the next part of her journey. The family will have a private memorial ceremony on October 16, 2024.
