Andrea Misher of Rockford, Illinois, departed this life on February 14, 2025. She was born on September 16, 1970, in Rockford, the beloved daughter of Roy and Jannie Carter.

Andrea attended West High School, where she graduated with the Class of 1989. She later obtained her CNA certification and dedicated her career to serving others through DORS.

She was a former member of West Side Church of Christ.

Andrea leaves behind cherished memories with her loving family: her son, Charles Blake Jr.; her daughter, Desmonique Blake ; and six beloved grandchildren—Lamonte, Isaiah, Javont’e,Blake,Aniya, and Zion. She was preceded in death by her son, D’Andre Nowling, And father Roy Carter

She is also survived by spouse, Lee Keller; sister; Connie Carter; her brothers, Spencer Carter and Michael Misher; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Her legacy of love and kindness will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
