Ahmad R. Williams

Ahmad Rashied Williams 32, 
of Rockford Illinois completed his earthly duties January 17, 2024 after a car accident on South Main in Rockford.

Born May 21, 1991 to Carla Primous and Larry Williams at Saint Elizabeth hospital in Chicago Illinois he made an immediate impression on the hospital staff. As handsome as he was charming, he was a magnet for the spotlight. He was a smart, rambunctious, sweet yet fearless child, who managed to single handily keep his mother Carla on her toes. Predominantly raised in Rockford Illinois, his charm and extraordinary personality never wavered. An  articulate, video gamer with the gift of gab that managed to sweet talk his way into all of our hearts. 

Ahmad is survived by son, Xavier Williams, son, Raheem Williams spouse, Derobbyonna Boyd, grandfather, Walter, James, uncle Jamil Primous, uncle Lonnie Primous, aunt Carolyn Williams, aunt Diane Brown, (3) biological brothers, Marlon Ellison, Rashad Williams, Haseem Williams, (3) biological sisters, Tantasia Williams, Tocarra Williams, Shakemia Williams, (2) step brothers, Jovan Egan, Devante Egan as well as a host of cousins and cousin-like family members. Numerous brothers and sisters in love JaRay  Branch, Jermal Burton, Carl “Fatty” Curry, Ryan Helpin, Charlie Coates and countless others from just about every possible demographic. 

He was preceded in death by grandmother, Roberta Primous, Uncle Samuel Primous. stepbrother, Marcelle  Egan, cousin, Covina Johnson, and brother in love, Lothan Henry. 

Ahmad started his career at five guys restaurant as a front end and customer service associate, though, he retained odd jobs as well as periods of entrepreneurship along the way, he ended his tenure as a RAMP employee for Amazon.

He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love for gaming, his immense character, his large stature, larger than life personality, and even bigger heart. A father, a son, a brother, a lover, a friend 
Ahmad’s greatness was always hard to miss. It will will be ten
times more difficult to forgeterWe'd like to take a moment to
