Willie Medley

Willie Ulyesses Medley was born October 06, 1978 to Loula Mae Malone and Wilebaldo Banuelos.  Willie was a very outgoing energetic and free spirited person.  Willie accepted Christ at an early age.  Willie had a heart of gold with a fun and loving personality.  He attended Lincoln Middle School and Guilford High School.  He was ioined in holy matrimony with Sherida Medley for 3 years but they lived life together for 22years.

Willie was very independent and extremely giving, he would give you the shirt off his back.  He had a passion for dogs (pitbulls) and most of all he loved to cook.  His love for cooking was known to everyone.  Willie knew he was untouchable when he pulled out them pots to cook soul food and hot water corn bread.

On Sunday December 23rd 2018, God called home his angel to be with him.  Willie was preceded in death by his father; his grandparents, Mammie Lee Medley, Boyd Medley; grandparent in law, Shirley Payne; his uncles, Tommy Beasley, Robert Medley; two special brothers, Tavarous Woodfork and Fontaine Grant.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Sha-Diamond (Yummy) Medley, Alajia (LayLay) Medley; four sons, Shy-Ron (Daddy) Henderson, Marquez Medley, De'Markie (Bird) Medley, and Ka'Harie (King) Medley; two granddaughters, Shy-Nazia Ulyessiesia Henderson, and Wynter Henderson; sisters, Latoya Malone, Fabiola Medley, Mammie Malone and Jasive Banuelos; special cousins, Shanda White, De'Marcus Eubanks, and Tierra White; special aunts, Earnestine Beasley, Freddie Mae White, and Shelly Eubanks; and a host aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
