Stephanie Lopez

Stephanie Ann Lopez, 49, passed away on June 29th, 2018 surrounded by family. Stephanie was born on December 7th, 1968 in Beaver Dam, WI to Irene (nee Duran) and Donald LeRoy. She grew up in Rockford, IL but frequently went to San Antonio, TX to visit family, where she met the love of her life Juan F. Lopez. Juan and Stephanie were married on June 1st, 1987 and had 4 children together Michael, Joanna, Juan Jr, and Bianca. Stephanie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her pride and joys whom she doted on daily. Even through rough times Stephanie made sure her kids never went without. When she wasn't spending time at Carpenters Place volunteering with her husband she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies whom she constantly spoiled. Stephanie was an amazing person and always tried to find the best in everyone whom she came into contact with.

Preceded in death by her mother Irene Salazar (2009), Uncle Julio Guerrero (2005), Grandmother Rosa Duran (1978) and brother Lyle Hawkwing (2001).

She is survived by her loving husband Juan Francisco Lopez, father Donald LeRoy, children Micahel LeRoy (Sky), Juan Lopez Jr. (Jessica), Joanna Salazar (Martin), and Bianca Camacho (Braulio). Her amazing grandchildren Samuel, Annalise, Carlos, Caden, Andel, Esteban, and Gustavo. Brother LeRoy Hines Jr. (Azzaya) and Sister Rosa Portales (Pete). Along with countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Always in our hearts and forever in our memory, she will be dearly missed.
