Michael Perry

Michael Lynn Perry, 57, departed this earthly life on December 12, 2018. He
was born on May 16, 1962, the son of Margaret Pruitt and Willie Perry.

Michael came to Rockford at the early age of 2 from Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended
Rockford Public Schools. Michael enjoyed cooking (his specialty being Barbecue
and Potato Salad), football, drawing and spending /me with his grandchildren. He
was baptized at a young age, never denying Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Michael leaves to cherish his loving memory 3 sons ~ Michael Perry-Brown, Jr.,
Joseph Brown and Alfonzio Perry; 3 daughters~ Albanie Perry, Motrisha Perry-
Brown and Jeannie Perry-Brown; 12 grandchildren, 4 sisters ~ Wanda Perry,
Bertha (Robert) Parker, Janice (Ferrall) Dotson, and Jacqueline Pruitt; brother ~
Jessie Perry, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special love ~ Ashley
Bell.

He was predeceased by parents, grandmother ~ Bertha Bailey; brother~ Frank
Gurley and nephew ~ Nathaniel Perry.
