Curtis is survived by two daughters, Deborah M. Dismuke and Serenity M. Dismuke; one son, Curtis Dismuke Jr.; granddaughter, Mikayla Gary; his mother, Bama Mae Dismuke; three sisters, Linda D. Bonds, Verna L. Dismuke, Donna (Raymond) Davis; five brothers, Booker T. (Yvonne) Dismuke Jr., Michael Dismuke, Kenneth R. (Linda) Dismuke, Allen F. (Jimmie) Dismuke, and Rufus E. (Teresa) Dismuke; special friend, Diane McGuire and a host of relatives family and friends who loved him dearly.
Predeceased by his father, Booker T. Dismuke and one brother, Lee A. Dismuke.
