Chester Arthur Holmes 70, of Rockford passed away in his home February 21, 2019. He was born October 26, 1948 to Onie and Queenie Holmes in Portland, Arkansas. He was one of seventeen children. Chester leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, LaShanta Holmes and one son, Steve Holmes both of Rockford, Illinois.
