Capricia S. Charles

Capricia S. Charles (1977 to 2018) 41, departed this life on June 24, 2018 at Rockford Memorial Hospital of a sudden illness. She was born in Rockford, Il on Feb 27, 1977 to the union of Michael W. and Lillie D. Charles Sr.;  
Presha attended Auburn High School and later went on to receive her GED. She had a very big and caring heart, which called for her to be a personal caregiver as her profession all of her adult life. Presha was the "life of the party" with her energy, smile and infectious laugh. She had a genuine love for all kids, but most of all the children loved her. 
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her father, Michael W. Charles Sr., mother, Lillie D. Charles, step father, Alvin D. Crawford; son, Dario M. Charles Sr, grandson, Dario M. Charles Jr.; brother, Michael W. Charles Jr.;  two sisters, Gabrielle L. Egan, Tashiana Lewis; and maternal grandmother, Mary L. Graham; special cousin, Tammy Brooks; god sisters, Denesha Adams; Yateranique Barmore; special friends, Mimi Young, April Lambert; and a host of family and friends. 
Capricia is predeceased by a brother, Mario Charles; both paternal grandparents, Dan Hill and Margret Charles; one neice, Devonanee Charles; maternal grandfather, Elijah Lewis Sr.; one uncle, Elijah Lewis Jr.; one aunt, Carolyn Lewis.
