Leonard Keith Hill

Leonard K Hill 65 of Rockford departed this earthly life on March 19, 2024.  He was born November 28, 1958 in Rockford, Il  the son of Charlie F. Hill and Delois Ann Hill-Gill.  

Leonard attended Auburn High School and later received his Ged.  He enlisted in the United States Army and was later employed by Chrysler and Quality Metals.  Leonard was a natural born hustler who loved the dice game, playing cards and gambling.  He enjoyed  frequenting the Elks, Idle Inn and J&B’s.  Leonard loved to travel and was known for being a GIVER to ALL.  

Leonard leaves to cherish many loving memories, son Leonard K Hill Jr., Quintine Ikard, and daughter Shameka Allen; six grand children and five great grandkids; sisters,
Dorene (Thomas) Anderson, and Lashunda Taylor; brothers, Shawn Hill, Gregory Hill, and Charles “Recee” (Sheila) Hill; a host of nieces nephews other relatives and friends.  Special special friend SHARON ALLEN.   

He was predeceased by both parents, two sisters, Gloria Tillman, and Lola Hill; one brother, Corey Hill and daughter, Faith.
