Wilbert "T-Bone" Graham, of Rockford departed this earthly life Sunday, May 15, 2016 at home. He was born March 23, 1953 in Itta Bena, Mississippi, The Son of Luther Clay Jr. and Elonra Graham. He attended Harlem High School.Wilbert was employeed by Ingersol Milling Company for over 30 years. Wilbert leaves to cherish many loving memories, His children, Kieonia (Anthony) Adams, Talesha Holt, Courtney Holt , LaKayla Holt and Kamarion Graham.12 grandchildren & a great grandchild.He was predeceased by his parents and a sister.
