Shanta Roshea Ervin, 28, of Rockford was born on Dec. 2nd, 1985. Shanta departed her earthly life on Tuesday, July 15th, 2014. Born to Sheila Streeter and Robert Garrett, Jr. She graduated from Auburn High School, Tricoci University, and was employed APAC. On June 28th, 2008, she married Robert Ervin and celebrated six wonderful years of marriage. She leaves to cherisher loving husband, Robert Ervin: daughter, Nevaeh Ervin; siblings Kamisha Garrett and Heirronna Streeter; mother, Sheila (Clifton) Streeter and a host of relatives and friends. Service at noon Wednesday, July 23rd, 2014 at Washington Park Christian Church, 801 Concord Ave., Rockford, IL 61102, with visitation from 10 A. M. to time of service. Minister Clifton Streeter will officiate. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements by Collins and Stone Funeral Home.
