Norman Nowling Sr. was born in Chicago, IL on June 26, 1939 to the proud parents of Charles and Edna Nowling.
Nowling lived in Rockford, IL for 30+ years. Norman did construction work for years. Then after you could call him you go to man for everything. From plumbing, electricity, to fixing roofs and painting your house. Norman knew how to fix any and everything, he was always up for a new challenge.
Norman passed away on April 11, 2015 at home surrounded by his daughter Desmonique, family and friends.
