Latizah Brewer, 13 years old of Rockford, IL passed away August 9th at Rockford Memorial Hospital. She was born November 20th, 2002 to the parents of Mario (Holly) Brewer and Tikia Foat, she attended Resa Middle School and had 5 siblings. 2 beautiful sisters, Chantoya Brewer, Jayla Brown, 3 handsome brothers Demario Brewer, Chayce, Chaynce Foat. Latizah leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, father, sisters, brothers, cousins and a host of family and friends.
