Jeremy Lee Pena, 43, of Rockford, Il, passed away on Tuesday, May 24th, 2016. Although his death was sudden, Jeremy lived a meaningful life focused on building lasting relationships and memories with those he has left behind. He will be forever loved and missed by many.

Jeremy is survived by his loving mother, Marilyn Pena, his children , James Pena, Cristian Jimenez and his princess Dominica Pena (and their mothers Yoka Garcia and Cristina Jimenez) Brothers, Hugo Pena Jr and David Pena (Adrianna), sisters, Roberta Pena and Jessica Hernandez (Gustavo), numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his father Hugo Pena Sr. And nephew Israel Pena.
