Beverly Kay Greer, 49, of Rockford Illinois passed away Thursday, October 09, 2014
at Rockford Memorial Hospital after a lifelong battle with cancer. Beverly was born
June 29th, 1965 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Thedow and Ozzie Greer.
Beverly was and still is an Angel and a blessing to everyone in her life. She has always
given whatever she had to all those in need. The word NO was not in her vocabulary.
Beverly was the most loving person she was truly one of God's Angel.

Beverly is survived by her son, Michael (Kenyatta) Greer, two grandsons, Myqwon Greer
and Jaquel Greer, two granddaughters, Amashaneek Greer and B'yata Greer all of Rockford.
Sisters, Anita Smith, Angela Greer and Thelma (Carl Hicks) Greer; brothers, Robert Smith,
James Smith all of Rockford and Theodore (Dovie) Greer of Texas; a host of nieces and
nephews including special nieces, Anetra Castleman and Gloria Perry. Special friends,
Carmia Conley, Trevor Council, April Dismuke and Angela Bowen. Special daughter Jackie Perez.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, brother Fred Greer and sisters, Ernestine
Greer and Betty Greer and special Friend Barry Fletcher.
