Losing a mom is hard, to say the very least. Parents are never perfect yet perfect all at the same time. Embrace the woman she was. Cherish the times you shared. Grieve because it's natural. It lets you know a person's life impacted yours. But don't forget to smile even through the pain because you were able to experience her greatness and can call her yours. Know that no amount of time is ever enough but she's now in a place where time no longer holds relevance and pain and sickness so not exist. Thank God for the days he allowed and for the one when you'll meet again.

My heart is filled with sadness in hearing about Betty Bell's passing. I spoke with Betty about 6 years ago when our other friend, Neathia passed. Yes, Betty was a sharp dresser with a unique personality. There will surely be a void in everyone's life that she touched. Too young - too soon........

Losing a mother is more painful than any of us could have imagined. It is my hope that her beautiful memories and love will sustain all of you through the days and months ahead. My deepest sympathy, Sylvia
